PREREQUISITE FOR THIS COURSE : At best, if you completed Deeper Lamrim Course. Or if you are now studying Deeper Lamrim Course. Or at minimum, if you completed Lamrim Intro Course.

For the 2 days of the program, the schedule is the same : 2 sessions in the morning, 2 sessions in the afternoon, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including breaks and time for lunch. Each session lasts about 1h15.

This Urban Retreat is without accomodation and doesn't include food. We will have coffee, tea and snacks for the breaks.
