Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy

The one and only goal of the Teachings of Buddhist Philosophy is Happiness. We all look to have more well-being and confort in our life. Buddhist Teachings explain that real happiness stems from inside ourselves. We all have the potential and the capacity to be happy. The teachings of Buddhist Wisdom are wonderful tools that can help us to achieve more and more inner well-being.

Anxiety and stress have unfortunately become commonplace in our society. In this conference, we will understand the causes of anxiety as well as ways to appease it. We will see meditation techniques according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy train our thoughts and thus have a calm and peaceful mind.

Join us for this special event with our International Teacher Lama Samten! Lama Samten will be assisted by his translator, Buddhist Monk Tenzin Gawa (Jason)
